Art is one of the most poorly understood words in the lexicon of human languages. Mistakenly associated with the notions of human expression, the word Art has become synonymous with music, painting, dancing, and so on. Despite its global usage, the true meaning of the word remains an undefined essence to both artists and art consumers alike.
The word “Art” contains one of the most sacred energies in spiritual cosmogony. To get to its essence, we must delve deep into its metaphysical meaning, starting with the glyph that carries its soundless Principles into the audible and physical dimensions of reality. The letter “A,” the starting symbol of most alphabet systems, denotes the first spiritual essence to emerge from the primordial mother nature to become self-conscious as awareness in action. It is the cosmic Fire that becomes the “Word” and “Light” of the world as beings and elements of nature.
